Turkey & Grilled Vegetable Muffaletta
- 6 each Italian bread loaves (1 lb.), cut in half lengthwise
- 4-1/2 cups olive Spread (recipe follows)
- cooked turkey breasts, sliced
- ham, sliced
- cotto salami, sliced
- 1-1/2 qt. Grilled vegetables ( zucchini, red and green peppers, onions), sliced
- 24 slices mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-oz. slices
- Olive Spread
- 1-1/2 qt. pitted black olives, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 cups pimento-stuffed green olives, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Italian Dressing
- 1-1/2 tsp. Coarse grind black pepper
- For each loaf (4 servings): Spread bottom half of bread loaf with 3/4 cup Olive Spread.
- Top with layers of 6 oz.
- turkey, 12 oz.
- ham, 12 oz.
- salami, 1 cup vegetables and 4 cheese slices.
- Cover with top of loaf.
- Cut each sandwich into 4 equal pieces.
- Cut each in half to serve, if desired.
- Olive Spread: Mix all ingredients until blended.
