Healthy Grilled Fish Recipe
- 2 Ocean Cod or possibly Orange Roughy (5 to 6 ounce. each)
- 1/2 lemon
- Garlic salt
- butter
- Place two 5 to 6 ounce.
- fillets on aluminum foil, allowing sufficient foil to wrap serving amount while on grill.
- Dot fillets with butter and garlic salt to taste.
- Cut 1/4 lemon and squeeze juice on fillets.
- Slice remaining 1/4 lemon and place on fish.
- Tightly wrap fillets and place on grill; low to medium heat for 20 min.
- Don't over grill.
- Serves 2 people.
