Healthy Grilled Fish Recipe

  1. Place two 5 to 6 ounce.
  2. fillets on aluminum foil, allowing sufficient foil to wrap serving amount while on grill.
  3. Dot fillets with butter and garlic salt to taste.
  4. Cut 1/4 lemon and squeeze juice on fillets.
  5. Slice remaining 1/4 lemon and place on fish.
  6. Tightly wrap fillets and place on grill; low to medium heat for 20 min.
  7. Don't over grill.
  8. Serves 2 people.
