Parmesan Spinach Salad
- 1 bag (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, halved and cut into thin slices
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, chopped
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
- Toss spinach with tomatoes, cucumbers, chicken and cheese in large bowl.
- Add dressing just before serving; mix lightly.
