Parmesan-Crusted Salmon

  1. Cover the bottom of a saute pan with the olive oil and heat to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on a plate.
  3. Dredge salmon fillets in cheese mixture and place in hot pan.
  4. Cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side!
