Liqueur Cherries

• 680 g morello cherries
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup brandy
• 3 cinnamon sticks
• 6 whole cloves

1. Place all ingredients in jug.
2. Mix to combine.
3. Pour into large warm sterilized jar.
4. Seal, keep jar in fridge.
5. Invert daily to dissolve sugar for a week.
6. Divide cherry mixture into 2 small sterilized jars.
7. Seal, decorate and give as a gift.
