Turkey Meatballs and Spaghetti Squash Recipe kassiesly

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Pierce Spaghetti Squash evenly in about 12 places.
  3. Place in microwave for about 15 minutes.
  4. I normally roll mine over half way through, just to make sure it heats evenly.
  5. Take out of microwave and let rest while you work on the meatballs.
  6. Place thawed ground turkey, egg, panko, chopped green onion, smashed/chopped garlic, and chopped spinach, parmesan, and seasonings into a bowl and mix well.
  7. If it is still runny, add a little more panko.
  8. Form turkey mix into 1.5 inch balls and place evenly on a baking dish.
  9. Place in oven cook for about 15-20 minutes turning them over once.
  10. While meatballs are cooking cut squash in half long ways.
  11. (IT BE !)
  12. Remove seeds, and shred with fork long ways so it forms spaghetti like strands.
  13. Place in pan and top with remaining parmesan.
  14. I normally have a little green onion left too and I just put on top.
  15. Warm up spaghetti sauce and put meatballs in and serve!!
