No-Cook Raspberry-Pear Jam - CERTO Crystals

  1. Crush raspberries, one layer at a time.
  2. Measure exactly 1-1/2 cups prepared raspberries into large bowl.
  3. Peel and finely chop pears.
  4. Measure exactly 2 cups prepared pears into bowl with raspberries.
  5. Add sugar; mix well.
  6. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  7. Combine water and pectin crystals in small saucepan.
  8. Bring to boil on high heat; cook 1 min., stirring constantly.
  9. Add to fruit mixture; stir 3 min.
  10. or until most the sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy.
  11. (A few sugar crystals may remain.)
  12. Fill all containers immediately to within 1/4 inch of tops.
  13. Cover with lids.
  14. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
