Skinny Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls (baked)

  1. Pre heat oven 400.
  2. Cook chicken breast and shred.
  3. I used a food processor to make it a fine shredded chicken.
  4. Mix chicken in a bowl with the buffalo sauce .Gather ingredients to make rolling process easier .
  5. On a clean work space lay a sheet down.
  6. Place cabbage slaw on first.
  7. Then chicken.
  8. Then blue cheese.
  9. Fold into egg roll form.
  10. Directions on back of packaging .
  11. Place rolls on a greased baking sheet .
  12. Spray rolls with cooking oil to make them crispy.
  13. Bake for 20 minutes.
  14. * they will be hot , let sit for a couple minutes*.
  15. For a crisper shell, broil a couple minutes after baking.
  16. Pay attention to them, they will burn .
