Chinese Sweet And Sour Soup Recipe

  1. Skin chicken with sharp knife; cut into thin 2 inch long slices.
  2. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Mix cornstarch with 3 Tbsp.
  4. water and soy sauce.
  5. Combine with beef broth and water.
  6. Bring to boil; stir often.
  7. Add in chicken, mushrooms and liquid, vinegar, and sugar.
  8. Heat.
  9. Simmer 5 min.
  10. Serve with a slice of lemon in each bowl, a cruet of vinegar on the table.
  11. 4 to 6 servings.
