Artichoke Appetizer Recipe

• 4 x Large eggs, beaten
• 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese, grated
• 12 ounce Jars marinated artichokes, cut up Salt & pepper to taste Dash of tabasco
• 3 x Green onions, minced fine
• 6 x Soda crackers, crushed
• 1 x Clove garlic, crushed

1. Saute/fry' onions and garlic in artichoke oil; then drain.
2. Mix all ingredients and spread in greased 8x8" pan.
3. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
4. Can be baked, frzn and re- heated.
5. This recipe was a great success at a party Christmas Eve.
