Baked Lima Beans

  1. Soak beans and 1 tablespoon salt in 2 1/2 cups water in an 8-quart pan overnight.
  2. Cook beans next day for about 2 hours. Cover with cold water.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon salt and pepper and dried onions.
  4. Put in pan.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for about 2 hours.
  6. Mix ketchup, Karo, brown sugar and mustard.
  7. Pour this over beans when baking. Put pork chops and strips of bacon on top.
  8. If you want you can use hot sauce with mixture.
