Fennel Butter with Fresh Fennel
- 50 grams Butter
- 2 tbsp Fresh fennel (finely chopped)
- 1 dash Chives, parsley, or other fresh herbs
- 1/2 clove Garlic
- Cut the butter into 1 cm chunks, place in a small dish, and bring to room temperature to soften.
- Wash the herbs and use a paper towel to dry.
- Finely chop the fennel and other herbs, then add to the butter.
- Grate the garlic and add to Step 2.
- Mix well.
- Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
- You can also store it in the freezer.
