Fennel Butter with Fresh Fennel

  1. Cut the butter into 1 cm chunks, place in a small dish, and bring to room temperature to soften.
  2. Wash the herbs and use a paper towel to dry.
  3. Finely chop the fennel and other herbs, then add to the butter.
  4. Grate the garlic and add to Step 2.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
  7. You can also store it in the freezer.
