Chili-Parmesan Nut Snack Mix

• 8 cups popped popcorn
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
• 1/4 tsp. chili powder
• 2 cups miniature pretzel twists
• 1-1/2 cups PLANTERS Mixed Nuts

1. Toss popcorn with Parmesan cheese and chili powder.
2. Add pretzels and nuts; mix lightly.
