Marinated Shrimp Monterey
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 cup oil
- 14 cup tarragon vinegar
- 12 cup catsup
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon HP steak sauce
- 3 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 1 12 lbs shrimp, cooked & peeled
- Combine all of the above except onions & shrimp to make a sauce.
- Pour over the sauce onto the mixture of the onions & shrimp.
- Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
- Serve with crackers using toothpicks.
