Applepicker (cocktail) Recipe

  1. Refrigerate the apples until they're cold.
  2. Juice the apples.
  3. We used one of those rotating-rasp juicers that centrifugally separates the juice and the fruit pulp.
  4. Add 1.5 oz (the big jigger) of juice to each martini glass.
  5. Add 1.5 oz.
  6. cognac to each martini glass.
  7. Add a small amount of vanilla soda to each glass.
  8. Eddy didn't measure this but I would compare it to the amount of champagne used in a drink with a "champagne float".
  9. Add a few drops of bitters to each glass.
  10. Drink up!
