Cilantro Slaw

  1. Combine the shredded cabbage in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, black pepper and cayenne.
  3. Add more milk if you like the dressing a little thinner.
  4. Pour over the cabbage.
  5. Toss to combine.
  6. Just before serving, toss in the cilantro.
  7. Slaw can be mixed up to 2 hours before serving.
