Leftover Taco Quesadillas
- 1/2 cups Leftover Taco Meat, More Or Less As Desired
- 4 whole Tortillas
- 1/4 cups Shredded Cheese (I Recommend Monterey Jack Or Extra Sharp Cheddar)
- 1/2 cups Salsa, To Serve
- 1.
- Preheat your griddler to hot or sear mode.
- If you dont have one, put a large pan on a medium burner.
- 2.
- Arrange meat on a tortilla and sprinkle cheese on it.
- 3.
- Place another tortilla on top and put on the griddler or on the pan.
- (Note: If using a pan, flip the quesadilla with a spatula once browned on bottom.)
- 4.
- Once both sides of the quesadilla are browned, youre done!
- Slice it up with a pizza cutter and enjoy with scoops of salsa, 1/4 cup for each one.
