Vickys Sweet Waffles, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. Preheat your waffle iron and spray with oil
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl
  3. Put the milk into a jug with the oil and vanilla.
  4. Add to the dry mix slowly, stirring so no lumps remain but don't over mix
  5. Pour into waffle iron and cook until golden, 5 - 7 minutes is my preferred time
  6. Serve with cashew cream (see my profile for recipe), maple syrup and fruit salad!
  7. Yields 8 waffles, 2 per person
