Broccoli, Carrot, Tofu Stir Fry

  1. Get rice started in rice cooker.
  2. 2:1 ratio water to rice.
  3. (2 cups water to 1 cup rice) Dice Onion, Garlic, Ginger and saute in olive oil - substitute hot chili oil for more flavor.
  4. Once the onion combination begins to become translucent, add in Carrots, Broccoli, and Tofu (cubed) and stir / toss for 10-15 minutes.
