Artichoke Chili Dip
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts can, drained and chopped
- 1 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
- 4 ounces green chili peppers can, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 x tortilla chips for dipping
- In a small mixing bowl combine artichokes, cheese, peppers and mayonnaise.
- Transfer mixture to an 8 inch round baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 350F (180C) oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
