Hummus

  1. Drain a can of garbanzo beans and pour into blender
  2. 1/2 of a lemon- roll to release juices before cutting, then squeeze directly into the blender
  3. Add a tiny bit of garlic
  4. Add salt, red pepper, olive oil, and water
  5. Blend and serve with chips
