Summer Fruit With Wine and Mint

  1. Bring wine and sugar to boil in small saucepan, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Boil for two minutes.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Combine fruit in large bowl; pour warm wine mixture over, toss to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, stirring occasionally (at least 2 hours).
