Zucchini Bread

• 3 12 cups zucchini
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 12 teaspoon nutmeg
• 14 teaspoon clove
• 14 cup egg white
• 14 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 12 cups flour
• 2 cups walnuts

1. Cut up zucchini in food processor.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Bake at 350 until browned.
