Seafood Jalapeno Explosion Recipe thepuya

  1. In a small skillet, saut bacon pieces, garlic, onion and olive oil for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove bacon pieces from skillet.
  3. Add crab, shrimp, tuna, salt, pepper, old bay seasoning and saut for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  5. Preheat grill for medium heat
  6. Stuff some bacon and some of the seafood mixture into each jalapeno.
  7. Place on lightly oiled grill grate and allow to cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally so all sides are cooked.
  8. Remove from heat and serve.
