Double Chocolate Rice Krispies Sundaes
- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
- 1 (250 g) bag miniature marshmallows
- 13 cup cocoa
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 cups Rice Krispies
- vanilla ice cream, softened
- chocolate ice cream topping
- chopped nuts
- maraschino cherry
- Melt margarine n a 4L saucepan.
- Add marshmallows and cocoa, stirring until melted and well blended, Add Rice Krispies and vanilla mixing until well coated.
- With moistened hands, press mixture on bottom and up sides of 18 large well-greased muffin cups.
- Cool; fill with softened ice cream.
- Cover with plastic wrap; Freeze.
- Remove sundaes from pan 10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chocolate toppng and cherries.
