Pink Fruit Salad Recipe
- 1 sm. can Angel Flake coconut
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1 medium size Cold Whip
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- Drain a little of the juice from the pineapple.
- Mix the first five ingredients.
- Mix in pie filling and Cold Whip.
- Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight before serving.
