- 4 Tablespoons Reduced-fat Caesar Dressing, Of Choice
- 2 leaves Romaine Lettuce
- 2 slices Red Onion (optional)
- 1.
- Preheat your grill to medium high heat.

- Once the grill is hot, place the chicken breast on it and cook until they are no longer pink inside, about 5-6 minutes per side.
- Once you flip them, place half of the slices of cheese on each breast in the final few minutes of cooking, so that it gets nice and melted.
- 3.
- During the last few minutes of cooking, also place the buns on the grill, cut-side down so they get a little toasty and crunchy.
- Remove chicken and buns to a clean plate.
- 4.
- Spread some of the dressing on the cut side of each of the hamburger buns and top with lettuce leaves and red onion (if using.)
- 5.
