Creamy Coconut Salad

• 1 cup miniature marshmallow
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant coconut pudding mix (or other favorite flavor)
• 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, in juice, undrained
• 1 12 cups whipped topping, thawed (1/2 of an 8oz. tub)

1. Mix marshmallows, dry pudding mix & pineapple in a large bowl until well blended.
2. Add whipped topping; stir gently until well blended.
3. Cover.
4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
