Crabbie Patty

  1. Mix flour and seasoning.
  2. Rinse and pat dry soft shell crab.
  3. Coat crab with flour mixture.
  4. Heat bacon fat in saute pan for 1/4-inch depth.
  5. Fry coated soft shell crab until browned.
  6. Slice kaiser roll and lightly toast.
  7. Spread mayonnaise on roll.
  8. Place crab, onion, bacon, lettuce and tomato in roll.
  9. Eat.
