Basic Jambayala-Sunday Supper @ WPCRC
- 18 lbs ground beef
- 18 lbs smoked sausage
- 18 onions, chopped
- 18 bell peppers, chopped
- 54 celery ribs, chopped
- 18 minced garlic cloves
- 18 medium heads of cabbage (squash)
- 1 gal. vegetable stock
- 6 cups water
- 1 gal. diced stewed tomatoes
- 1 gallon red beans, drained rinsed
- 1 gal. pinto beans, drained rinsed
- 18 cups uncooked long-grain rice
- 18 cups water
- cumin, 2 tablespoon
- dark chili powder
- 3 tablespoons cajun seasoning, # 452804
- salt and pepper, cajun seasoning
- prepare in heavy 3 gallon stock pot.
