  1. X Vegetable oil x Flour for dusting x slice peeled cucumber Squeeze tofu in paper towels to throw away excess water.

  10. 3 Tbs fresh lemon juice
  11. 1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
  12. In a small bowl, blend peanut butter and lemon juice.
  13. Fold in cilantro to combine.
