Slow Cooker Honey Soy Chicken

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, chili garlic sauce, mustard, and black pepper.
  3. Pour over chicken in slow cooker.
  4. Cook chicken on low for 5 to 6 hours.
  5. Shred chicken; as always, a potato masher works perfect for shredding chicken in the slow cooker.
  6. If desired, mix chicken with noodles and peppers, drizzling sauce in as needed.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds.
