Salsa from Canned Tomatoes
- 2 cans (14.5 Oz. Can) Diced Tomatoes With Chilis
- 1/4 cups Onion, Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Or Lime Juice (or Red Wine Vinegar)
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- Note: 1 can diced tomatoes without chilis may be substitued for one of the cans of tomatoes to lessen the heat factor.
- Its quite spicy with two cans tomatoes with chilis.
- Drain the tomatoes.
- Pour all ingredients into a 7-cup food processor.
- Pulse to desired consistency.
- Transfer to a glass storage container.

- Refrigerate.
