Salsa from Canned Tomatoes

  1. Note: 1 can diced tomatoes without chilis may be substitued for one of the cans of tomatoes to lessen the heat factor.
  2. Its quite spicy with two cans tomatoes with chilis.
  3. Drain the tomatoes.
  4. Pour all ingredients into a 7-cup food processor.
  5. Pulse to desired consistency.
  6. Transfer to a glass storage container.
  7. (I save and wash my formerly-store-bought 24 oz.
  8. salsa jarstheyre the perfect size.)
  9. Refrigerate.
