Summer Ceviche
- 1 each Cucumber - Chopped
- 2 cup Green Cabbage - Sliced
- 1 each Sweet Onion
- 2 lb Shrimp - Small/Medium
- 2 lb Crab
- 8 each Lime - Juiced
- 1 each Roma Tomato
- 1 each: Avocado - Small Cubes
- 3 each Tostada Shells (pkg 30)
- 1 each Vierra's Hot Sauce
- 2 each Jalepeno
- 1 each serrano
- 1 cup Chopped Cilantro
- Prepare all food as specified.
- In a bowl add Shrimp, cooked crab and Lime.
- Allow to cook for 30 minutes.
- Add all other incrediants and mix well.
- Use Hot Sauce to taste and tosada shells to eat with like a spoon.
- And don't forget the Corona!!
