BBQ Pork Sliders with Ginger-Peach Slaw

  1. Make the slaw by blending all but the slaw veggies in a blender until smooth.
  2. Put the slaw veggie mix into a bowl.
  3. Stir the peach mixture into the slaw and mix until well mixed.
  4. Split the rolls in half if necessary.
  5. For each roll use 1/4 cup of BBQ pork and top with a heaping tablespoon of slaw.
