BBQ Pork Sliders with Ginger-Peach Slaw
- 1 can 14.5 Oz Can, Sliced Peaches, Drained
- 1/2 cups Peach Preserves
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 package 16 Oz Package Tri-color Slaw Mix
- 12 whole Dinner Or Slider Rolls
- 3 cups Prepared And Heated Pulled BBQ Pork
- Make the slaw by blending all but the slaw veggies in a blender until smooth.
- Put the slaw veggie mix into a bowl.
- Stir the peach mixture into the slaw and mix until well mixed.
- Split the rolls in half if necessary.
- For each roll use 1/4 cup of BBQ pork and top with a heaping tablespoon of slaw.
