Easy Homemade Gochujang - Just Mix
- 50 grams Miso
- 5 tsp Light brown sugar (or white sugar)
- 1 tsp Ichimi spice
- 1 tsp Doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 4 cm from a tube Grated garlic
- 2 tsp White sesame seeds
- Mix the miso, light brown sugar, ichimi spice and doubanjiang together well.
- Add the mirin and mix well.
- Add the sesame oil and mix well.
- Add the grated garlic and the sesame seeds, and mix well to finish.
- This is used in"Easy!
- Sweet and Spicy Beef Soumen Using Bibin Noodles."
- This is a perfect dish for the hot summer.
- A "Non-spicy Gochujang," was made without using ichimi spice or doubanjiang.
