Chicken & Dumplings Recipe
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp. chicken bouillon crystals
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Bisquick dumplings (prepare according to box directions)
- Place chickens in a Dutch oven and cover with water.
- Add in chicken crystals, salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover and remove from heat.
- Let stand 30 min.
- Return Dutch oven to stove and remove chicken.
- Add in cream of chicken soup to broth and add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Tear chicken into pcs and return to liquid.
- Drop dumplings by tablespoonfuls into boiling liquid.
- Cook till dumplings are done, approximately 20 min.
