Bean And Pistou Soup Recipe
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 (19 ounce.) cans white beans, rinsed & liquid removed
- 2 tbsp. pesto sauce
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- Freshly grated black pepper to taste
- Put broth and beans in saucepan and bring to boil over moderate heat.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Simmer about 1 minute.
- Makes 4 (1 c.) servings.
