Chicken Stew

  1. In a large, deep frying pan heat the olive oil on medium high.
  2. Add the chicken and sprinkle with the garlic salt and black pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken till most of the moisture has cooked off.
  4. Then add the cans of chicken broth to the pan.
  5. Stir in the carrots.
  6. And the potatoes.
  7. Simmer for about 10 minutes and add the onions and celery.
  8. Simmer for 20 minutes more and add the spices.
  9. Simmer for another 10 minutes and serve hot.
