Orange Baked Salmon

  1. Marinate salmon in orange juice for 24 hours.
  2. Pat dry.
  3. Drizzle just enough extra virgin olive oil to cover.
  4. Season
  5. Bake at 400 for approximately 15 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145
  6. Garnish with orange zest
  7. Variations; Mustards, roasted red pepper puree, lemon, lime, grapefruit, parsley, tarragon, breadcrumbs, flavored oil, butter, bacon
