Creamed Spinach Deluxe Recipe

• 2 Packages frzn minced spinach
• 1 very lg. garlic pod
• 1/8 pound butter
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook and drain spinach thoroughly.
2. Grate garlic and put in skillet with butter and let simmer 3-4 min.
3. Add in spinach and mix.
4. Add in soup, salt and pepper to taste, and mix.
5. Keep hot in top of double boiler.
6. Good companion to artichoke hearts with roquefort.
