Crispy Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

  1. Clean strawberries well and pat dry carefully.
  2. Cut huge strwberries into halves.
  3. Heat first shredded coconut, then almond-sticks in a skillet.
  4. Melt chocolate.
  5. Put strawberries on wooden sticks (small forks will also do), dip into the chocolate and cover carefully with Coconut-pieces, almond-sticks or cornflakes.
  6. Let cool on baking paper.
