Strawberries with Homemade Mascarpone

  1. Divide fruit among 4 large wine glasses.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a blender, combine mascarpone, vanilla, sugar, half-and-half and egg yolks.
  4. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  5. The texture should be like a thick pudding.
  6. Spoon over the fruit and serve.
