Stay at Stove Dads St. Patricks Day Tricolor Salad

  1. Wash the vegetables carefully, and using a vegetable peeler, peel thin strips of each vegetable and combine in bowl.
  2. Toss with the sunflower seeds.
  3. Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, and then dress the salad with the mixture.
