Creamy Double Mashed Potatoes

• 1 lb. sweet potatoes (about 2), peeled, cut into chunks
• 1 lb. red potatoes (about 3), peeled, cut into chunks King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
• 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
• 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
• 4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06

1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 20 min.
2. or until tender; drain.
3. Return potatoes to pan.
4. Add Neufchatel; mash potatoes just until Neufchatel is blended.
5. Gradually add broth, continuing to mash potatoes until desired consistency.
6. Stir in bacon.
