Soy Milk Hot Pot
- 900 ml Additive-free soy milk
- 500 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Weipa (or Chinese soup granules)
- 4 tbsp Sake
- 3 tbsp plus Ground sesame seeds
- 10 grams plus Shio-kombu
- Cut the ingredients for the hot pot into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine all ingredients for the broth into a pot and cook on low heat.
- Try not to bring it to boil.
- Add the ingredients for the hot pot.
- When everything is cooked through, it's ready.
- The ingredients I used for this hot pot: Chinese cabbage, burdock root, leek, enoki mushrooms, carrot, chicken meat balls, firm tofu, pork for shabu-shabu and kudzu noodles.
- Add more soy milk when the soup boils down.
