Zesty Pork Chop Bake
- 1 cup Elbow Macaroni
- 4 pieces Pork Loin Or Rib Chops
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/4 cups Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Green Pepper, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1/2 cups Chili Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
- 1 can Cream Style Corn (14 Oz)
- Cook macaroni to al dente and drain.
- Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Season chops with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, brown chops over medium high heat.
- Remove from skillet and set aside tent with foil.
- Add onions and green peppers to skillet and brown lightly.
- Stir in flour, sugar, water, chili sauce and vinegar stirring until thickened.
- Mix in cooked macaroni and cream corn.
- Pour into 2 quart casserole dish and arrange browned chops on top.
- Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 50 minutes or until chops are tender.
