Apple Mousse Recipe

  1. Peel & core the apples.
  2. Slice them reasonably thinly & place in a large saucepan.
  3. Add in the sugar & water & cook till the apples are very soft.
  4. When cooked, sprinkle in the cornstarch, stirring & beating to ensure which there are no lumps.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice.
  6. Set aside to cold.
  7. When cold, it doesn't have to be cool, place in a blender & blend till smooth.
  8. Pour into 4 small dessert dishes & refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  9. Serve with jam cookies.
