Grilled Paprika Chicken
- 1 each lemon
- 7 each chicken thigh
- 3 tbsp paprika spice blend
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pinch black pepper
- Put the chicken pieces in a container.
- Squeeze the lemon on top of the chicken.
- Add the paprika blend on top of the chicken pieces.
- Add the salt and olive oil.
- Add all the contents to a ziplock.
- Don't forget the oil.
- Shake well.
- Let it rest in the fridge for a while.
- Its great if you can wait for 2 hours.
- Put on your grill and cook till well done.
- I used a Traeger pellet grill and it takes 20 minutes.
- It would probably be less with other grills.
- While on the grill, sprinkle black pepper on top so that it sticks to the sauce.
