Moroccan Spiced Lemon Dressing
- 1/4 cup lemon juice about 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons yogurt, plain
- 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin ground, more to 1/2 teaspoon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger ground
- 18 teaspoon cinnamon or more to 1/4 teaspoon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin or more to 4 tablespoons
- 1 x salt and black pepper freshly ground, to taste
- Mix well lemon juice, yogurt, honey, cumin, ginger and cinnamon in a small bowl until blended.
- Slowly whisk in oil so that the dressing becomes smooth and emulsified.
- Season with salt and pepper.
